Tara Moran

Hi, I’m Tara Moran, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) based in New Jersey. I started Never Sink Therapy and Resilience with the belief that even in the most turbulent times, we all carry the strength to heal and rebuild. I’ve spent the past eight years working alongside individuals navigating trauma, addiction, grief, and major life transitions—helping them steady themselves and move forward with clarity and confidence. My approach is warm, solution-focused, and grounded in real-life strategies. Whether you’re coping with anxiety, feeling stuck in old patterns, or working to maintain recovery, I offer a supportive and nonjudgmental space where we can focus on what matters most to you. I also bring experience running DBT-informed groups and working closely with 12-step fellowships.
